When we made the formula, we started with the deepest shade first, to ensure that the formula works across a wide range of skin tones. It's both! In the United States, SPF claims are highly regulated by the FDA. All SPF products, including SunnyDays™ Tinted SPF undergo third-party testing and registration to ensure that the stated SPF claim is accurate. For full sun protection, apply a quarter-sized amount of SunnyDays™ to your face. If you don't like to use it as much, you can always pair it with your regular sunscreen to ensure you are getting full protection. Reapply at least every 2 hours for full protection and use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.

    nice product in theory

    i was very excited to try this product, having been a long time user of Ilia, and i really love their tinted spf, but wanted to try something new.

    at first i really enjoyed the coverage and feel of this spf, but after a week or so... i started to notice strange breakouts and textured skin. i gave it a month, to see if my skin would settle into it, but the breakouts got way worse. i stopped using it entirely, and my skin went back to normal.

    then a month ago, i thought i might give it a second try, and got similar reactions again. have completely stopped using it, and switched back to Ilia, my skin looks so much better, and its not constantly inflamed anymore. its too bad because 60 dollars plus shipping to canada is a lot to have these results.

    i am sure it works for some skin types, but very sensitive skin types - maybe not. which is strange because tower 28's marketing is so tailored towards them.

    Once I dialed in the right color, this became a daily essential. Love the spf, perfect amount of tint/coverage, and looks like my skin.

    Awesome product

    I have insanely acne prone skin and I have NEVER found a skin tint OR and spf that doesn’t break me out. And this stuff is the first thing that’s worked for me. I was worried because the product is very heavy compared to other skin tints, but it doesn’t feel heavy when I’m wearing it, and it lasts very nicely throughout the day. I’ve already recommended this product so so many people, absolutely love it.
