This is a full-time role, with the ideal candidate based in the Los Angeles area (candidate should be able to come into the home office 2-3x a week in West LA when not traveling and in the market). Travel is expected 30% of the time. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and manage a field team of six. 

Key Responsibilities:

Field Team Management and Development 

  • Lead recruitment, selection, orientation and development of the field team
  • Manage and develop the field team to ensure achievement of sales goals, increased brand awareness, growth in rank and productivity
  • Strategically assess field team performance to identify opportunities and make recommendations for change as needed
  • Build, distribute and oversee the field team budget to include T&E, car stock, gratis and general expenses

Field Team Enablement

  • Build and guide the field team on ideal call cycles, # of visits and focus door strategies while staying within T&E budget parameters
  • Evaluate sales performance vs goals and investments weekly with the field team to identify wins and opportunities within the B&M environment
  • Cascade all relevant sales, marketing and education materials to the field team to ensure consistent messaging across all doors
  • Collaborate internally on sales analysis, KPIs and creation of tools needed to analyze the B&M business. Equip the field team with relevant data and reporting tools

Strategy, Development and Execution of Education & Event Initiatives

  • Develop, execute and maintain strategy and curriculum for the next evolution of education initiatives.  This will include in person training modules, multi-branded training modules, educational one sheets and video content
  • Analyze successes and opportunities for all education initiatives and drive strategy for future
  • Align Brand Education Voice across all retailer channels
  • Manage consistency in brand event strategy with brand marketing messaging. 
  • Own education development of the field team 

Analytical Skills

  • Must have an analytical approach to identifying opportunities and solutions.
  • Partner with VP Sales to create sales reporting, sales plans, analyze trends and develop strategic plans to insure growth.
  • Expertise in computer programs - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Other Responsibilities

  • Partner with VP Sales on planning and execution of bi-annual Sales Meeting
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams on event strategy and execution to include recommendation on tools, collateral, GWPs and budget
  • Strategically partner with retailer leadership to drive sales, grow positive brand awareness and relationship development and maximize B&M opportunities


  • 10+ years field sales experience (beauty)
  • 3+ years experience managing a field sales team
  • 3+ years working in a Sephora environment
  • 3-5 years experience and proven success recruiting, managing and developing a field sales and education team that supports Sephora B&M business
  • Proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • An infectious passion for the consumer that inspires a field team to engage new and existing clients in a fun, fresh, and memorable way
  • Passionate about and proven success with building relevant field support strategies, events and education  programs from the ground up
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence others and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism, poise and kindness
  • Self starter and independent worker exhibiting excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive growth. You will oversee all aspects of social media management, including content creation, community management, and analytics tracking. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's online presence and executing effective social media campaigns across various platforms.

This position is remote/in-office hybrid and is based in Century City, California. This role will report directly to the Director of Consumer Engagement and will manage our content interns and coordinator(s).

This role requires a creative mindset, a deep understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.


Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute — concept, create, schedule — a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Tower 28 Beauty's marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging, voice, and aesthetics across all social media channels. Develop and enforce social media guidelines, ensuring compliance with brand values, tone, and visual identity.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, giveaways, and collaborations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop high-quality graphics, photos, videos, and written content

Community Management

  • Build and nurture a vibrant online community of brand enthusiasts by proactively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, complaints, or inquiries, and ensure timely and professional responses.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize content, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of social media experience, inclusive of leading strategy
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and open to being hybrid (we’re 2 days a week in office for now!)
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing social media content strategy, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar, and ability to adapt to different brand tones
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of beauty and skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences
  • Strong content storytelling, creation, and copywriting skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous people management experience preferred
  • A positive + motivated individual that gets energy from a fast-paced startup environment

The Designer role will help with the concepting and execution of creative work throughout the business. From ads and emails to photoshoots, packaging and partnership assets, this person will help tackle all things design and and play a role in shaping the brand and becoming a key contributor to the Creative team. We are looking for someone who is creative, extremely organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and a great team player.

This is a full-time role, with a hybrid work schedule based in West LA. This role will report directly to the Creative Director. 


  • Support design and maintenance on all creative aspects of brand including email and ads, packaging, photoshoots, eventing and partnership assets, visual merchandising, merch, PR boxes
  • Understand Tower 28’s brand personality and purpose to create on-brand, innovative, and creative design solutions that speak to our customer
  • Know the brand colors, fonts, assets, layouts but continue to innovate in ways that are still core to Tower 28
  • Work with the Creative Director to ensure creative materials represent the collective brand vision and help to further the brand’s strategic direction
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Ecomm teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Quickly develop concept mockups to visualize new ideas in context
  • Manage your own schedule and approval processes to deliver polished design solutions on time
  • Engage in team building to foster creativity and collaboration


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-6 years of full-time work experience, in-house or agency (exact title will reflect experience)
  • Solid understanding of design, copy, and traditional/digital/web best practices
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and smaller budgets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages
  • Ability to analyze problems, anticipate consequences and raise obstacles to successfully complete projects
  • Strong desire for innovation and improvement, balanced with business priorities
  • Strong proficiency across a suite of creative tools including: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Video editing, graphic design, motion graphic editing skills preferred
  • Great organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Salary range: $65-85k, depending on experience
