Giveaway Terms and Services

By submitting an entry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: This contest is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the Greater Los Angeles area. Proof of age and residency may be required prior to prize fulfillment.

Content Usage: By entering, you grant Tower 28 Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, edit, and share your submitted content across all Tower 28-owned social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook) and other marketing materials, in perpetuity.

Winner Selection & Prize: One winner will be selected based on their photo submission. The winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend the 2025 North American Grand National Tour with Kendrick Lamar and SZA in Los Angeles on Saturday, May 24, 2025. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Notification & Verification: The winner will be contacted via email by Friday, May 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.

General Conditions: Tower 28 Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if necessary. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Tower 28 Beauty from any claims related to participation or prize acceptance.
