Never heard of it? Well, your body has —like hyaluronic acid and ceramides, *hypochlorous acid* is made naturally by your skin. It's anti-inflammatory and antibacterial and helps defend your skin from acne-causing bacteria, reduce redness, and soothe irritation.
"My acne-prone skin is extremely temperamental, which means I end up with irritated skin a little too often. This soothing serum from Tower 28 is truly like magic. As soon as I apply it, any lingering redness I may have had on my face is gone in under a minute flat—no exaggeration. "
"I was really struggling with maskne and some stress breakouts. I literally feel like I tried everything - different make up, different cleansers, every spot treatment on the shelves. Then I discovered SOS and just like that my problem was solved. My skin is now calm and clear and I will use this product forever!"
"This cleared my chin maskne. This cleared a contact dermatitis rash I’ve had for 2 months when nothing else has worked. The biggest test was I had some laser hair removal done on my face, and I used this afterwards. "
"Battling rosacea and maskne has been so challenging. I have been prescribed several powerful topical meds but the SOS spray had been the product that makes the difference. Finally, redness and bumps are subsiding. This is a product I will never be without."

What skin type is SOS Spray and Serum for? SOS Spray and SOS Serum are designed for sensitive skin, made for all. Both products have the National Eczema Association's Seal of Acceptance —making them safe for even the most reactive and sensitive skin types.
While both products are excellent for skin maintaince, the most visible changes will be seen after consistent use in sensitive/problem skin types.
How long do I have to use SOS Spray and SOS Serum before I see results? Real results take time and consistency and not all skin is made the same! Some see results in 3 days, others 3 months, but consistency is key. Use SOS Spray and SOS Serum as part of your daily skincare routinue.
What is the difference between SOS Spray and SOS Serum? SOS Spray is a treatment-toner that’s great to prevent skin irritation and redness, or just help keep flare ups at bay. SOS Serum is an lightweight, water-based treatment serum for chronically sensitive skin (aka acne, rosacea, or eczema) that is more intensive.
Does SOS Spray and SOS Serum have a scent? We do not use fragrance or essential oils in our formulas (can be irritating for sensitive skin!). There is a slight pool-like scent due to the nature of hypochlorous acid, which will dissipate after application.
Can I mix SOS Spray and SOS Serum with other skincare products? The active ingredient in SOS Spray and SOS Serum, hypochlorous acid, is pretty sensitive and picky and likes to work by itself (you know the type )! For best results, follow up with other skincare products after SOS is fully dried down/absorbed.
For skincare active, like vitamin C —wait 30 mins after SOS application.
What is the difference between SOS Spray, SOS Serum, and other hypochlorous skincare products on the market?
Not all hypochlorous acid skincare is created equal! Labs have different processes to create hypochlorous acid —and the resulting formulas will have a range of shelf life, stability (aka actually stays active!), purity (no sensitizing or irritating ingredients like hypochlorite), and suitability for use in skincare.
Our formulas are pure, pH balanced for facial use, third party irritation tested for use on sensitive skin, have The National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance, and recommended by dermatologists.

I've had sensitive skin my entire adult life. After 15+ years working in the beauty industry, I was frustrated that my chronic eczema meant I was stuck using boring, clinical brands that often didn’t even work. I wanted to create accessible, irritant-free, high-performance, FUN products designed for all skin types (esp sensitive!).
