Marketing Coordinator


Tower 28 is building a world where beauty is accessible, inclusive, and sensitive. We want to push the boundaries of what beauty should be, a mix of high quality, high standards, and high levels of fun. We want to be a beauty big sister, who knows what’s right (clean, non-toxic, vegan, cruelty-free) but also knows how to have a good time (clean beauty doesn’t have to be so serious!).

Retail Marketing

  • Complete and distribute new item set-up forms to all retail partners.
  • Lead our text review generation program to launch new products with a bang and help sustain existing ones.
  • Help create and plan innovative in-store events to drive retail sales from the event concept through decor through execution.
  • Manage competitive analysis for all product categories.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the field team; communicating new product launches, viral social content + press articles, providing product information, responding to ad hoc requests, and capturing key insights.
  • Lead the development of a monthly “what’s happening” deck + in-store rollout plans for new product launches.
  • Distribute tools to the field including education materials, visual merchandising graphics, playbooks, and more.
  • Create and maintain a master calendar monitoring the field teams' in-store training and event schedule.
  • Review and approve field car stock + gratis orders, ensuring the budget is not exceeded.
  • Transcribe all visual merchandising planograms into Excel sheets.


  • Ideate new concepts for special events both IRL + virtual bringing the DNA of the T28 brand to life.
  • Oversee all events (influencer, retail, community, PR, etc.) from developing the strategy and run-of-show through post-mortem recap.
  • Help manage budget and reconcile all event expenses.
  • PO Creation and management of invoice processing and payment to vendors.


  • Execute all partnership operations including product shipments, calendaring, and asset coordination.
  • Manage and maintain master documents including retailer assortments and line sheets.
  • Ship materials and products for various brand, influencer, and retailer programs.
  • Manage and maintain Amy’s calendar and travel schedule.

  • Strong copywriting skills are a plus!
  • 0-1 years of marketing experience

**Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and open to being hybrid (we’re 2 days a week in office for now!)

Account Executive


Tower 28 Beauty is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team! The Account Executive is responsible for building brand awareness, achieving retail sales plans, cultivating relationships, educating the retail accounts, executing in store events and delivering best in class customer service.

In addition, the Account Executive should be able to access the business, identify opportunities and create door by door strategies to maximize growth opportunities.


  • Achieve retail sales plans within the territory
  • Create store-specific plans to increase sales and sell through.
  • Manage and maintain budgets
  • Side by Side selling and training with each store
  • Cultivate and maintain best in class relationships with each store team
  • Educate in store Beauty advisors on Tower 28 brand pillars and product
  • Strategize, Plan and execute in store events in collaboration with store leadership and brand marketing
  • Analyze by store sales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to insure productivity is maximized
  • Ensure inventory is optimized in each location during each visit
  • Provide insights on best practices, product assortment needs and the competitive landscape
  • Develop a call cycle to ensure in store support is given to all doors within the territory

Experience & Skills Required

  • Must have experience as an Account Executive in the beauty industry with a proven track record of achieving retail sales goals
  • Proficient PC skills including Excel & Google docs
  • Strong time management skills and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
