Is SOS Serum moisturizing?

SOS Serum is designed to soothe, purify, and strengthen the skin barrier. Is it not designed to deliver moisture directly and should be used in conjunction with a moisturizer like SOS Cream.

What skin type is SOS Serum suitable for?

SOS Serum is excellent for skin maintenance in all skin types, but the most visible changes will be seen after consistent use in chronically sensitive/problem skin types. SOS Serum has the National Eczema Association's Seal of Acceptance™ —making it safe for even the most reactive and sensitive skin types.

Can I use SOS Serum with skincare actives like vitamin C?

If you're using an active like vitamin c as part of your skincare routine, we recommend using SOS Serum BEFORE any actives (allowing it to dry down fully first). The hero ingredient in SOS Serum (hypochlorous acid) is super fast acting and once it dries down it won't interact with any of your other skincare products (including actives like vitamin C!

How long do I have to use SOS Serum before I see results?

Real results take time and consistency and not all skin is made the same! Some see results in 3 days, others 3 months, but consistency is key. For best results, use AM/PM in combination with SOS Spray, and SOS Cream + always patch test before adding new skincare products to your routine!

    Love the new addition to the SOS routine

    I love this new addition to the SOS team! I’ve used it for the past two days with my SOS spray. I love that it goes on smooth and doesn’t leave a thick residue behind. So far it’s been leaving my skin nice and refreshed before prepping with some hydration. I will say the scent is a little strong, if you have the SOS spray, it does have that acidic scent if you’re not used to it. But that is the active ingredient - hypocholorus acid. I was a swimmer, so I’m good with the scent - nostalgia. Additionally, like any acid product make sure you’re aware that it can be a bit stingy if you have other products that have acid or retinol. I also LOVE the little cap on top that keeps the product from oozing out if you take her on the go. Overall extremely happy and excited to add it to the rotation in my morning routine. Have loved all my Tower 28 products!

    Though She Be But Little, She Is Fierce

    The SOS spray you love in a stronger and more concentrated form. I love that I can spot treat and really focus it on my problem areas. Still definitely gentle on my sensitive skin! My skin is much clearer and my rosacea has lessened.

    SOS Intensive Rescue Serum

    I have been really enjoying this serum. I find it to be calming to my rosacea! I will say, if i eat foods that are aggravating to my rosacea i dont notice the serum reducing my redness but it does feel calming and if i eat foods that create minimal inflamation i notice reduced redness and calming. It is key to take care of both your inside and outside for best results, in my opinion! I love the improved packaging, the pump is much better than the last! Love!

    Great serum!

    This serum has been amazing for my sensitive skin. I am prone to rosacea and acne so having something that is made specifically to help these things while keeping my skin calm is a must. I noticed my redness has gone down significantly and my acne is getting better and clearing up since incorporating this into my skincare. This has impressed me so much!

    My skin loves it

    I absolutely love this serum! Recently, my skin has been a little irritated and sensitive, and I can’t figure out what caused that, but I see a great difference while using this serum. It really calms my skin and it feels very comfortable without irritating or causing any discomfort. While I always have some redness on my skin, I feel that this serum really helps to soothe my skin and I see less redness (it also doesn’t cause my skin to flush while applying the product). I absolutely love pump bottle and how easy it is to dispense this serum. The texture is very lightweight, it’s like a watery gel and it applies on the skin, very evenly and sinks into the skin quickly without leaving any residue. I usually use it under my moisturizer, but some days I skip moisturizer and only use this serum. * gifted for my honest tribute.*
