SOS Serum is a lightweight, water-based treatment serum for chronically sensitive skin (aka acne, rosacea, or eczema) that is more intensive. SOS Spray is a treatment-toner that prevents skin irritation and redness, or just keeps flare-ups at bay.
SOS Serum is designed to soothe, purify, and strengthen the skin barrier. Is it not designed to deliver moisture directly and should be used in conjunction with a moisturizer like SOS Cream.
SOS Serum is excellent for skin maintenance in all skin types, but the most visible changes will be seen after consistent use in chronically sensitive/problem skin types. SOS Serum has the National Eczema Association's Seal of Acceptance™ —making it safe for even the most reactive and sensitive skin types.
If you're using an active like vitamin c as part of your skincare routine, we recommend using SOS Serum BEFORE any actives (allowing it to dry down fully first). The hero ingredient in SOS Serum (hypochlorous acid) is super fast acting and once it dries down it won't interact with any of your other skincare products (including actives like vitamin C!
Real results take time and consistency and not all skin is made the same! Some see results in 3 days, others 3 months, but consistency is key. For best results, use AM/PM in combination with SOS Spray, and SOS Cream + always patch test before adding new skincare products to your routine!

    I was trying to think of an eloquent title for my review but honestly just…WOW. I am astounded by how this has transformed my skin. Super sensitive, reactive you name it and anything and everything would break me out; then I found this product searching on another site. It caught my attention because LA was my adopted home for 12 years, I thank my lucky stars I found this brand and checked out their website. I LOVE the spray and moisturizer as well (please bring an eye cream, if any brand can make one that doesn’t make my eyes water it is Tower 28). Devoted and loyal customer for life.

    Best serum for redness!!!

    I deal with some mild rosacea so my face has always looked a little sunburnt. I started using this serum about a week ago and I swear my skin has already started improving. 10/10 recommend. This brand has already done wonders for my skin!!
