United StatesI have been looking for something like this for so long. Powder highlighters have never worked for me because when applied they kind of look flat and 2 dimensional. Tower 28’s highlighter lays on your skin how sweat would but not in a bad way. It looks very natural and just a perfect glow/dewy effect. So happy I found it!
United Statespicked this up at sephora sort of randomly and loved the packaging so I thought i'd try it (even though it looks like 18 dollar vaseline). it gives me the most natural dewy, but not greasy glow and I love that it has no shimmer. if you are wanting the no-makeup, just applied moisturizer, healthy and hydrated look you gotta get it!
